Meet Jazmin Bodio

She began her career in recruiting in 2006 with Avature and quickly advanced into leadership roles, moving to Kenexa (later acquired by IBM), where she served as a Team Lead and Trainer. In 2014, she joined PierPoint as an embedded recruiter for Microsoft, leading talent acquisition efforts for one of the world’s most influential companies. Her industry scope is broad and impactful—spanning IT, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices—giving her a wide-angle view of market dynamics and talent behavior.

Jazmin is deeply driven by the opportunity to help clients see what’s possible. Whether it's analyzing market data, uncovering hidden needs, or identifying the perfect-fit talent, she thrives on learning new industries, products, and people—and using that knowledge to deliver results.

Fun fact: her first recruiting opportunity was actually offered to her brother, who turned it down and referred Jazmin instead. Today, he’s also in the industry—first working at her husband’s consulting firm, and now at Protis Global. Full circle!

In addition to her recruiting expertise, Jazmin is also a passionate educator and previously taught Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a Postgraduate degree in Child Psychology from the Instituto Fernando Ulloa.
