A seasoned recruiter with a deep passion for connecting top talent with game-changing opportunities. He brings a wealth of experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and placing high-level professionals across industries including tech, finance, and manufacturing. 

His journey began at Avature as an apprentice recruiter, where he quickly fell in love with the profession. Since then, he has held key roles at Kenexa, Pierpoint, and Microsoft, and even ran his own recruitment firm. Now, at Protis Global, he’s focused on making a lasting impact—helping companies hire top-tier talent. 

Coming from a family of recruiters, Gustavo has managed diverse functions, including business development, research, and client management. His approach is consultative, his market insights are sharp, and his mindset is always team-first. He firmly believes that individual success is only meaningful when the team wins, and he consistently strives to uplift those around him. 

With a unique blend of curiosity, industry expertise, and an unwavering commitment to collaboration, Gustavo embodies the Protis Global values—helping businesses build powerhouse teams while guiding professionals toward career-defining opportunities. 

Originally from Salta, Argentina—the world’s highest-altitude wine region—Gustavo is a certified sommelier, having completed a three-year program at the Escuela Argentina de Vinos. His love for wine is matched only by his love for dad jokes, a natural side effect of having two daughters. 

Throughout his career, Gustavo has been recognized for his excellence, earning accolades like the 10Exa Award at Kenexa and multiple Client Satisfaction awards at Pierpoint. 

He earned his three-year Sommelier program at the Argentinean School of Wine (Escuela Argentina de Vinos) and holds a PM Certification from the National Technical University (UTN).
