When Bernardo got the opportunity to join the recruitment industry, he knew it was the perfect way to combine his experience as a talent sourcer and beer brewer with his passion for impacting people’s lives. And boy, has he been making waves ever since!
As a Research Associate, Bernardo enjoys getting to know diverse professionals and discovering their passions, skills, and motivations. He prides himself on his ability to quickly adjust his approach to each client’s unique needs, providing valuable guidance and an exceptional experience.
When he’s not busy brewing up new talent for clients, Bernardo can be found pursuing his passion for brewing beer. With over a decade of experience in the industry, including building his own brewery and leading a barrel-aged project for one of Argentina’s most highly regarded craft breweries, Bernardo has honed his skills in barrel selection, aging, blending, and packaging.
He’s also deeply committed to his loved ones—his 4-year-old daughter and wife inspire him to be the best version of himself and he’s not afraid to admit it. Oh, and did we mention he’s also a professional photographer?
