What did we do to partner with the client?
Our partnership with Lagunitas Brewing Company began when Heineken acquired them, but chose to maintain their stand-alone business model. This decision was facilitated by the appointment of a CEO who had a strong relationship with Protis Global from his time at Heineken. This connection made it seamless for Protis to partner with Lagunitas during this critical transition period.
From 2019 to 2022, we collaborated closely with Lagunitas to support their HR transformation. As Heineken placed an HR leader into Lagunitas, the need to revamp the overall people and culture component became apparent. Our goal was to ensure that the right HR team was in place to maintain Lagunitas’ independent spirit while integrating into the larger Heineken framework.
