Dear Crosby,
I have been at my job for 4 years. I love my job but I feel like I have moved up as far as I can go. Do I start searching for another job or do I speak to my boss about mobility?
Once in awhile, it is good to sit, share some treats and bond but you don’t always have to run with the pack. I have commitments most evenings such as dinner, naps, dog obedience training or the dog spa truck pulls up in the driveway. Make an appearance every once in awhile and be a good boy or girl.
