About Us

Protis Global was co-founded in 1995 by Bert Miller and Laura Gonzalez, with a vision to blend innovative technology with a consultative approach to facilitate meaningful executive recruitment — in place of traditional headhunting.

Opening its first office in Indianapolis, Protis Global quickly set out to reshape the expectations of the industry and have a meaningful impact on companies and careers.

Fast forward 28 years and our priorities remain the same. Our mission is to help category-leading and emerging consumer brands build impactful businesses through competitive talent access strategies — and we have experience helping some of the biggest brand names under food and beverage and retail accomplish exactly that.

Under the shared leadership of Michael Bitar and Skye Miller, we have built a name for ourselves as a top performer within the MRINetwork and on the global stage. In 2014, we relocated to Florida where we have continued to grow our team of strategic talent access providers and make an impact across the consumer brand landscape.
