Mike grew up in a family that has been involved in the alcohol industry for four generations, so it’s no surprise that he ended up working for an importer. After spending nearly two decades on the product, brand, and distribution side of the industry, he decided to apply his vast experience to a new challenge – executive recruiting.

Well, let us tell you a little bit about Mike.
He is proud to represent the fourth generation of his family in the alcohol industry, so you can say it’s in his DNA.
After graduating college, he started working for a beer, wine, and spirits importer. It gave him an incredible foundation on the inner workings of the beer industry and affirmed his passion for it.
But after nearly two decades on the product, brand, and distribution side of the industry, he was seeking a way to apply his vast experience to another challenge. While working with Protis Global to find a role where he could transfer his skills, the opportunity to jump on the other side of the phone was presented to him. He was immediately intrigued by the idea of helping people—especially those who are just starting out in their careers like himself!
Mike’s number 1 title in this world is “dad” — he is an incredibly proud father and feels that it’s the most important role he’s ever played in his life. He also happens to be a certified Cicerone, the mark of a true beer expert.
Mike graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA in Business and Managerial Economics.
