That’s why Caroline finds recruiting so rewarding: she connects with people she otherwise would never meet, while helping both them and the organization attain short- and long-term goals.
Caroline immediately resonated with Protis Global’s unique, white-glove approach to recruitment, and its focus on building genuine, strong, long-lasting relationships within and outside of the company.
Before Protis Global, Caroline spent nearly three years working as an in-house talent acquisition professional at a rapidly growing, vertically integrated cosmetics company. There, she found a love for recruitment, specifically seeing the hires she placed to grow and thrive within the organization.
She currently lives in Ventura, CA, where she enjoys daily beach walks with her dachshund, Beau!
Caroline graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Business Management.
