Summary: To build and nurture an ongoing strategic vision for the commercial business. Product Positioning, Pricing Systems, Process, Insights and Strategy.
Job Duties: + Large Strategic Projects with C level Stakeholders. + Takes the understanding of how the business makes money to improve process and systems to enhance those capabilities. + Own Sales Strategy from mfg. to customer – implement strategic pricing accross the entire enterprise. + Demand planning leadership experience + People development and leadership
Background Requirements: Strategic Mind – Love Strategy Analytical grounding and mindset. Leading team with diverse capabilities No Bias – total open mind white sheet type of mindset and experience. Detail Orientation CPG background and Orientation Previous experience with engaging C level and B.O.D.’s to gain momentum and advances in the business Proven ability to work with National Accounts, Field operations, and Business Development.
