Job Duties:

Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality
• Drives guest-focused culture by serving as a role model in resolving guest issues and training managers to create a starworthy experience for every guest.
• Works with operations and marketing team to bring innovative visionary ideas to the Wahlburgers in the ever-evolving hospitality field and bridge the gap between vision and successful operational implementation.
• Works with operations and marketing team to track, analyze and identify root causes of guest complaints and leads local and franchisee operations teams to implement systematic solutions with measurable results.
• Periodically engages in hands-on restaurant audits in conjunction with District store visits to calibrate on performance standards and to provide an objective basis for performance feedback.
• Ensures that food safety standards are met in the market through direct observation as well as follow-up on food safety audit results, holds team accountable to brand standards and corrective action when needed.
• Translates brand vision and ideals into clear objectives for operations team to execute within the stores. Reviews results with unit District team and coaches teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Is flexible in balancing multiple concepts within an over arching organization. Can understand, analyze, and create solutions to execute at a high guest frequency, guest and internal team satisfaction, profitability while always connecting all concepts to Wahlburgers mission and vision.

Financial
• Works with District Managers to deliver Annual Operating Plans from each unit as well as the overall market. Can analyze and communicate the complexities of different markets as it relates to income, real estate, guest traffic and which different concepts would thrive in different markets.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and semi variables on a continual basis and coaches team to take specific corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets; establishes business reviews and specific action plans where necessary and is able to clearly communicate results to the Board of Advisors.
• Trains and mentors subordinates on financial analysis and profitability guidelines for corporate stores as well as franchisee locations.
• Partner with Accounting team to resolve financial issues, hold team accountable to create results based on plan.
• Consistently delivers financial results at or above target. Can create budgets, performas, and cost and profitability expectations for existing markets as well as new ones.

Operations Excellence – Executes all of the brand standards and supports the team to exceeds standards of operations to maintain growth status. Can troubleshoot and create solutions for brand-standard accountability and franchisee compliance with Wahlburgers franchisor.
