Lead in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging today’s fast-paced growth marketing strategies and best practices. Maximize the company’s share of online market share and brand awareness, and build high-affinity online campaigns. Responsible for the strategy and activation of all of our brands across search, social media channels, influencers, and earned media. These initiatives will drive sales growth, enhance brand health, and increase consumer loyalty across all verticals. Continuously research and implement fast-changing online technologies to improve our branding efforts. Skillsets include online content strategy, promotional campaigns, email marketing, web technologies, UX/UI best practices, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, with some paid search (Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and others), and HubSpot /CRM experience.


• Developing digital strategy across platforms ensuring tone, voice, and personality are consistent with brand strategy
• Collaborating with Marketing Team in creative content development for all social channels
• Engaging with customers and identifying trends
• Overseeing social listening for brands and competitors
• Coordinating with developers to optimize Web site architecture, server configuration, or page construction for search engine consumption and optimal visibility for different devices
• Optimizing digital and multimedia assets for SEO, display & usability on internet-connected devices
• Growing Redirection Rates and driving Traffic by building awareness through/in online editorials/magazines and news media, blogs, and creating tracking links
• Assisting in the evaluation and negotiation of contracts with creative vendors or online partners
• Monitoring online marketing initiatives, such as organic & paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, and viral marketing campaigns on social media, Web sites, and translating them into actionable insights for strategy and content creation
• Helping identify appropriate KPIs and report key metrics for digital campaigns
• Ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and on budget while reducing redundancies and complexities
• Supporting BDs and fulfillment teams by leveraging digital/social for custom programming
• Managing the Social/Paid search budget within the context of the overall marketing budget
