Sales Representative – DFW

Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving all volume and distribution goals for the brand through all channels of trade. This includes selling into new accounts, building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, merchandising, and increasing brand presence, and driving sales velocity through events, demos, partnerships, activations and other creative means.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities
– Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts (on and off-premise) to ensure prompt reorders, prominent shelf placement, menu placement, and increasing order volumes
– Merchandise existing accounts with point-of-sale materials, negotiate placement of displays, posters, and other brand assets; assist in the development and execution of materials
– Sell into new on and off premise accounts and negotiate pricing, volume and other incentives
– Plan and execute in store activations, including product demos, promos, pop up activities, with both on and off premise accounts; leverage Brand
– Ambassadors to support activations
– Build relationship with distributor reps and participate in ride withs to drive retail growth; manage distributor relationship at the local branch level and ensure brand is top of mind
– Introduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in best practices
– Maintain working key account list, and put together weekly and monthly sales and field activity recaps, as well as monthly sales and activation plans; manage account list and key retail chains at the state level

Background Requirements:

– Two or more years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry with knowledge and passion for both commercial and premium products in a retail environment
– BA degree or equivalent experience
– Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment

Related Skills:

– Results oriented, innovation, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
– Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
– Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment, including on evenings and weekends as needed
