The Manager, Compensation & Benefits (“Manager”) is the strategic and executional leader of all Company compensation systems and processes, which support our culture and pay-for-performance philosophy. In partnership with other HR and business leaders, the Manager will design and execute programs across the enterprise. The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and competitive reward programs that will allow us to recognize talent and performance, while being overall inclusive. He/she will lead compensation, benefits, and analytics programs to support the culture that will deliver the expected results of Hostess. This role is also responsible for establishing a rigorous talent analytics approach, identifying key metrics and establishing regular reporting and review of workforce data which will be used in the executive of the Talent Agenda.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the compensation (both executive and overall compensation), benefits, and talent analytics functions for Hostess
• Work directly with the CHRO, the executive team, and external partners to create and implement executive and general compensation programs
• Support the CHRO in projects, presentations, and responses to the Board of Directors and the Talent & Compensation Committee
• Develop tools and communication materials to provide understanding of various plans and benefits
• Manage brokers and external partners in the delivery of compensation/benefits programs
• Design, execute, and communicate programs that are in support of and aligned with the Hostess Behaviors and our overall culture
• Partner with HR business partners to understand and deliver programs that support the business and drive expected results
• Develop and maintain talent reports and analysis, ranging from turnover and employee census reporting to partnering with IT and leadership to build predictive models in support of our Talent Agenda

• Demonstrated expertise and experience serving as the internal expert on all total rewards best practices and current programs
• Successful experience in creating cutting-edge programs to have the maximum positive impact on our employees
• Ability to lead and execute multiple projects, concurrently

• A proven track record of decision-making and problem solving based on internal and external data and insights

• Impeccable written and oral communication skills coupled with strategic influencing skills
• Previous experience implementing job analysis programs, gathering external bench-marking data, and creating job banding/job leveling systems
• Implementation and on-going management capability of salary ranges/merit, annual bonus, and equity program leadership and execution
• Experience making compensation recommendations based on internal and external market relativity
• Prior experience preparing statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay-for-performance programs
• Ability to create communication tools and provide training on compensation and benefit programs
• Experience building talent dashboards and similar talent reports using strong analytical skills
