Sr. Manager of Human Resources is a business partner and advisor to senior staff and management on human resources and organizational issues. They are a leader in effecting appropriate operational and cultural change that will help meet its strategic objectives

Background Requirements:

Talent Acquisition
-Oversee high growth talent acquisition program with a national team of talent acquisition partners and specialists
-Develop Talent Acquisition strategies to continue to drive recruiting of high quality and diverse candidates

Talent Management & Development
-Lead best-in-class talent management strategies around organizational design, recruiting, employee engagement, internal mobility, succession planning and career development
-Develop and roll out national performance management programs
-Ensures business units are in compliance with Federal/State laws and company policies to minimize liability and foster positive relations between management and staff.

Related Skills:

-Develops, directs and monitors strategies aimed at maintaining a healthy workplace culture including programs and initiatives related to employee communications, engagement and relations across all of the organization’s programs and offices.
-Addresses components of workplace culture that impede organizational and individual effectiveness in a manner consistent with the organization’s values.
-Fosters a culture of accountability, trust, recognition and results among staff at all levels consistent with the short and long-term objectives of the organization
