you make sure all food safety and health + safety standards are met throughout your shifts
you know how to deal effectively with guest feedback, in the moment your team matters to you, so you help your manager to train, support + develop them to be the best they can be, ultimately supporting a strong talent pipeline

Job Duties:

-Assist GM with Overall Day to Day Operations
-Staffing
-Beverage Program Development
-Staff Development
-Develop and Implement in house training programs
-Ordering, Inventory, Purchasing
-Scheduling

Background Requirements:

-Proven track record of success and growth in previous positions held
-High Volume experience a must $4million+

Related Skills:

-Ambassadorship: you must have a desire to be a face for the restaurant and be on the floor at all times, interacting with the guest and exceeding their expectation must be your number one priority
