– you know how to deal effectively with guest feedback, in the moment your team matters to you, so you help your manager to train, support + develop them to be the best they can be, ultimately supporting a strong talent pipeline

Job Duties:

-Assist GM with Overall Day to Day Operations
-Staffing
-Beverage Program Development
-Staff Development
-Develop and Implement in house training programs
-Ordering, Inventory, Purchasing
-Scheduling

Background Requirements:

-Proven track record of success and growth in previous positions held
-High Volume experience a must $4million+

Related Skills:

-Ambassadorship: you must have a desire to be a face for the restaurant and be on the floor at all times, interacting with the guest and exceeding their expectation must be your number one priority
