Company is a global leader in the dairy and specialty deli segment with top brands worldwide. As part of their ongoing growth in the United States, they are seeking an individual to support the Sales Team and serve as a key member within the overall U.S. Sales Organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization with a diverse group of colleagues both domestically and abroad.

Job Duties:

Essential Functions:
• Build Brand equity across all brands with assigned accounts
• Achieve sales growth initiatives through maintenance and expansion of distribution and end user accounts regional retail and food service customers
• Support national promotional programs in key accounts – retail and foodservice
• Full participation in regional/customer specific shows
• Work with distributors sales team on business development and gain program buy-in from representatives
• Drive new product/category distribution initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with the retail sales team to identify opportunities white space – “All-In” sales focus with hunters mentality
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports
• Prepare sales reports as required

• Minimum completion of more than 5 years sales experience with Distributor Sales in a fast moving Consumer Goods business. Prior experience partnering with the brokers and perish-able distribution network an asset
• Minimum completion of a secondary education program (degree/diploma)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
• Understanding of Route to Market with specialty distributors
• KeHe experience needed, and European Imports knowledge an asset
• Ability to learn other software programs – Power BI experience an asset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Previous Cross-functional collaboration and forecasting an asset
• Travel will be 40-50% of the time in the position
• Valid Driver’s License
