Job Overview:

Business Development Associate at Protis Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Partner in expanding our client base and driving business growth. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner to build relationships, identify potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of our executive retained search services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct industry research to identify potential clients and key players in the executive search market.

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Managing Partner to understand client needs and effectively communicate Protis Global’s value proposition.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Assist in maintaining the sales pipeline by ensuring appropriate activity steps are taken, agreements are made, and sales are accurately recorded in CRM.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner in managing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and maintaining precise and up-to-date records.

  • Initiative: Ability to work independently, find solutions to challenges, and make informed decisions. Open to take on new responsibilities as needed.

  • Resourcefulness: Resourceful in finding information, contacts, and solutions. Navigating challenges effectively by leveraging available resources.

  • Project Management: Basic project management skills to coordinate and track projects and initiatives. Ability to break down complex tasks in manageable steps.

  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your understanding of executive retained search processes.
